I have just returned from beautiful Tasmania inspired for our March women’s menopause retreat. I was spoiled with freshly shucked oysters off the rocks, home grown blueberries, raspberries, cherries, spinach, herbs, wallaby sausages, walks, swims, great connections, dancing, and lots of laughs. 🥰

I am excited to be creating new offerings - general classes in Camperdown and Goddess Menopause Yoga Tasmania retreat with kindred yogini and scientist .
Over the last two years, I have been writing and focusing on yoga therapy, working individually and in small groups. It is such a beautiful honour to work closely with people on their yoga and healing journeys. Whilst I will continue to work with my therapeutically like this, it is exciting to expand out a little more too.

These are the holy flowers given to me by a beautiful person minding the Sri Ramana Maharshi cave on . This sacred mountain has attracted spiritual seekers and sages for thousands or years. The Shiva presence was palpable all around it. 🪷🕉️ Beyond words. 🥰 The experience so gracefully took me beyond my mind to an exquisite inner stillness. 🕉️🪷

Thinking of beautiful .peter today as I arrived at to visit the ashram. Peter is introduced me to Ramana’s teachings. He took me to satsang in a beautiful waterfront apartment in Sydney in the late 1990’s@where I first sat with the question “Who am I?”. Forever grateful for Peter’s guidance in my life and the teachings of Ramana and Osho❤️🪷🙏🏼🕉️
