Starting M&M Care Nursing was one of the most uncertain yet rewarding decisions of my life.

Coming from a long career in the public sector with NSW Health, I stepped into the unknown — without connections, without a network — just with passion, integrity, and a deep commitment to quality care for our aged care and NDIS participants.

What followed has been nothing short of humbling.

🌟 Participant Feedback Spotlight 🌟

At M&M Care Nursing, we believe in advocating fiercely for our participants — ensuring they’re heard, respected, and cared for with dignity.

This week, we received powerful feedback from a participant who’s been facing a particularly challenging time. Despite the discomfort and distress, they shared how supported they felt because of the nurse’s persistence, advocacy, and empathy.

🗣️ “She was really blunt, straightforward telling them what gotta be done and I’m happy she’s done that… she does the catheter better than I do… She’s so friendly and caring – makes it easier that she cares and makes me feel comfortable. Even though it’s a traumatic experience, no judgement and professional and empathy is great.”

Thanks to the nurse’s determination and clear communication with the medical team, the participant is now being seen for an urgent consultation.

With over 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in ICU, Emergency, and Community Nursing, I have had the privilege of caring for people during some of their most vulnerable moments.

But my true passion has always been aged care and disability support—ensuring that individuals receive the highest quality of care, dignity, and respect they deserve.

Now, as the Director of M&M Care Nursing, I am incredibly proud to lead a team dedicated to delivering the best services to our aged care and disability clients. Our mission is to make a real difference in people’s lives by providing compassionate, high-quality, and tailored care.
