We are a team of passionate OT's, excited about facilitating independence for people who've had an injury, illness or disability.

Come and see what we do and how much we love our job!! At Wise OT Solutions we have a wealth of experience managing catastrophic injuries in the Workers Care, LTCS and CTP schemes. We complete functional retraining and get people back to their daily life after complex cognitive and physical injuries such as traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, amputations and burns. Our team of OT’s can provide cognitive retraining, upper limb therapy, assessment for equipment and home modifications.

We’re excited to share that Katie Warry has joined Wise OT Solutions as an Occupational Therapist.

Katie brings experience across community, aged care, and NDIS, with strong skills in assistive technology and complex home modifications.🛠️🏡

She’s experienced in working within multidisciplinary teams, and is keen to continue growing her expertise in the severe injury space.

Based in Randwick, Katie will be starting with us 4 days per week. We know she’ll be a fantastic addition to the team and the work we do.

Matching the right equipment to the right person is essential 🧩

Our OT Joanne Barrett recently visited ILS for a hands-on look at their new Royale Robooter folding power wheelchair range—and there were some exciting options. 🙌

What caught our attention?

Jo trialled everything from compact indoor chairs with tight turning circles to more rugged, all-terrain options—and what stood out was how lightweight and practical they felt to use day-to-day.

Jo immediately thought of a client who wants to get back out into the community independently after a life-changing injury. With goals like returning to shopping 🛍️ and watching her son’s band perform live 🎶, having equipment that can manage both indoor spaces and rural terrain will be key to helping her live her best life again.

Jo also got a sneak peek at ILS’s new Air Carbon Fibre Powerchair—a transit power wheelchair that folds like a manual chair, super lightweight and designed with real life in mind.
