💜 Work from home - Western Sydney ideal but open to Greater Sydney for the right person

About the role:
As a key member of our Client Connection Team, you’ll be the backbone of our operations. You’ll support our Occupational Therapists while they’re out in the community, make sure client needs are actioned quickly, and keep our systems and workflow running like clockwork.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
👉 Are naturally organised, reliable and proactive
📆 Can manage your workload independently and meet deadlines
🗣 Communicate clearly and professionally
🏉 Are a team player who gels with our tight-knit team
💻 Are confident with Office 365 and general computer systems
🏃♀️ Have strong problem-solving skills and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
🆘 Have a client-focused mindset and enjoy helping others
🚗 Hold a driver’s licence and have access to a reliable, insured car
Bonus points if you have:
✅ Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
✅ Worked with clients with injury, disability or health needs
