We are a team of passionate OT's, excited about facilitating independence for people who've had an injury, illness or disability.

Come and see what we do and how much we love our job!! At Wise OT Solutions we have a wealth of experience managing catastrophic injuries in the Workers Care, LTCS and CTP schemes. We complete functional retraining and get people back to their daily life after complex cognitive and physical injuries such as traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, amputations and burns. Our team of OT’s can provide cognitive retraining, upper limb therapy, assessment for equipment and home modifications.

You might not even know this kind of OT job exists 👀

At Wise OT Solutions, we work with people who’ve had serious injuries — not aged care, not hospitals, not return to work, and not NDIS.

Instead, we support people in the community after life-changing accidents. We work closely with families and case managers, and we’re part of the healing journey in a real, personal, and impactful way 💙

We are super excited to announce that Jess McGrath joined our team in February! Jess' background is in neuro rehab and community OT for clients within icare and NDIS schemes. Jess is based in the Sutherland Shire, but loves travelling to see clients in rural and South Coast NSW! Jess is working on our serious and severely injured worker portfolio. We usually have a team member starting their day at Sydney airport, most days!
