That “healthy” breakfast you’ve been eating might be working against you. 🍓

Most of us were never taught what a blood-sugar-friendly breakfast actually looks like — we just followed what was marketed to us as clean, wholesome or natural.

Acai bowls. Granola yoghurt. Oats with honey. Or skipping it altogether because you’re “just not hungry.”

All of them - for different reasons - are sending your blood sugar on a rollercoaster before 9am. And that rollercoaster is what drives the 3pm crash, the constant cravings, and the fat loss that just won’t budge.
