Dear Patients of my practice,
In light of recent developments with regard to Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and in accordance with World Health Organisation and the Department of health recommendations, I am sending out this notification;
If you have an appointment and answer YES to any of the following, for the two weeks preceding your appointment, Please phone the clinic to reshedule your appointment for a later date.
If however, you are experiencing any pain or discomfort please phone and we will arrange to see you at a suitable time.
Have you travelled overseas, arriving back in Australia within the last two weeks?
Have you come in contact with anyone that has tested positive for Covid-19?
Have you had a fever or sore throat, cough or shortness of breath in the previous two week period?
Thank you for your understanding, I take the health and safety of my patients, the community and my family very seriously.
