Here’s some information about our team and how we can support you. All care is neuroaffirming, trauma informed, and person centred, meaning your identity, experiences, strengths, and goals guide the support you receive.

🧠 Katie provides neuroaffirming, trauma informed, and person centred care. She works alongside you to navigate improving your mood and functioning. She works with AuDHDers, PDA, perinatal mental health, and parenting. She provides Australia-wide Telehealth services only.

💬 Adiba works in a neuroaffirming, trauma informed, and person centred way. She acknowledges people’s upbringing, lived experiences and pace when supporting them. Adiba supports people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma & PTSD, OCD, autism, ADHD, and grief. She provides both in-clinic and Telehealth services to meet individual needs and preferences.

🌱 Mariam offers neuroaffirming, trauma informed, and collaborative care to child, adolescents and young adults. Her support is tailored to each individual. Mariam supports people with stress management, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and when working with children and adolescents. She provides in-clinic and Telehealth services.

📋 Sarah, our admin, supports you with enquiries, referrals, and fee management, helping ensure your experience with the clinic feels clear, supported, and accessible.
