1. Beam or curb walking – to improve balance and encourage proper foot placement 🦶
2. Balance pods or cushions – to build ankle strength and body awareness 🤸♀️
3.Incline walking – to stretch the calves and activate heel-to-toe walking 👣
4.Balancing on uneven surfaces – to strengthen stabiliser muscles and improve coordination 💪
