I recently attended the Australasian College of Dermatologists’ Inaugural Practice Owners’ Retreat, and it was such an inspiring and practical event. We covered everything from trends in Australian healthcare and the current dermatology landscape, to governance, compliance, risk management, AI in healthcare, team leadership, and practice well-being.
I’m looking forward to bringing these insights back to our practice to continue improving the care and experience we provide to our patients.
