I will never stop promoting this. “So busy” is not a badge of honour. Burnout is not a career goal. Killing yourself for the company gets you nothing.
The capitalist agenda does not need to be your agenda.

Healthy boundaries. Adequate self care. Prioritising balance. These are more important.

This is such a worthwhile program, for anyone struggling to help their kiddo with their big feels, (and also maybe alittle insight into your own response)

This is a really cool idea, and I have had many clients over the years who would have loved something like this, to combine their interest in acting and theatre, with their desire to worth through some of their relationships and confidence.
I was surprised to see this available in the mountains 🩵

Change and growth often comes with discomfort. And our ability to sit in discomfort greatly influences our outcomes.
Sometimes in sessions we spend a lot of time getting people ready and capable to tolerate discomfort, so that we can move into the change and growth part of therapy.
Everyone is at a different stage.
Be patient with yourself.
