Its been an eventful year, and a very stressful last few weeks for alot of people.
This time of year can also be hard for many.
And while many services do close, and while this service takes a needed break, please remeber that you dont have to suffer alone, and there are always supports available.
Please be kind to yourself. Please reach out for help if you need it. Be safe.

I will never stop promoting this. “So busy” is not a badge of honour. Burnout is not a career goal. Killing yourself for the company gets you nothing.
The capitalist agenda does not need to be your agenda.

Healthy boundaries. Adequate self care. Prioritising balance. These are more important.
