Winter is here and so is the flu. Protect yourself and your family.
Don’t let influenza (flu) ruin your plans.
Prepare for winter and help protect yourself and the community against serious illness by getting vaccinated against flu today.
Everyone aged from six months is recommended to get a flu shot. The flu shot is free* for people at higher risk of severe illness including:
• children from 6 months to under 5 years
• people aged 65 and over
• Aboriginal people from 6 months of age
• pregnant women
• people with serious health conditions such as diabetes, cancer, immune disorders, obesity, severe asthma, kidney, heart, lung or liver disease.
*Some providers may charge an administration or consultation fee. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if this applies to you.
