I’ve been enjoying Young Living Essential Oils and toxic-free products for 4 years now. Our whole family absolutely loves them. 🌱

I bought my first starter kit back in 2018 because I wanted to reduce the toxic load for my family.

You see, I was studying to become a Health Coach and learning about the dangers of synthetic frangrances and the harm that they could do to myself & my children (not to mention the environment! 😬).

It became obvious to me that we’d have to switch to products that use natural essential oils as fragrance, not the synthetic frangrances made in a laboratory.

Some great tips for maintaining your mental health!

Meditation is great for recharging your energy levels and giving your brain a little ‘restart’.

Regular exercise is wonderful for boosting your happy hormones.

Limiting social media is good for your mental health. Avoid checking in on social media first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

Grab your favourite oil and take some time out to relax!

It’s May! Can you believe it? Here’s what we ordered through our Essential Rewards monthly subscription box.

I’ve got 216 rewards points saved up and will soon use them. I’ll share that order too later.

This month we got Thieves Household Cleaner concentrate. We only need to buy this every 12-18 months. It’s super economical toxin-free cleaning.

Thieves foaming hand soap refill. This makes everything smell fresh. Not so glam fact, but I use it to clean dog p**p out of the carpet. It kills bad odours.

Lavender oil. I wish this came in a 500ml bottle. 😂 we use so much of it!

Black ‘Jetset’ eyeliner powder. I use the misting spray to make it a liquid eyeliner for the perfect cats-eye winged eyeliner.
