Not everything can be funded through the NDIS and many people don’t realise this. 🤔

Understanding what the NDIS doesn’t fund can be just as important as knowing what it does.

The NDIS focuses on disability-related supports that help people work towards their goals and increase independence.

Sometimes requests are declined simply because they fall under another system like health or everyday living costs.

Knowing the difference can make plan reviews and funding requests much smoother.

Ever wondered why a request gets declined? 🧐

Most funding decisions come down to evidence, clarity, and how well the request connects to your disability and goals.

If something has been declined, it doesn't automatically mean it's impossible.
It may mean the reasoning wasn't strong enough - yet.

Understanding this helps you approach future requests with more strategy and confidence.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.

While we’re closed on weekends for regular hours, we understand that support doesn’t always fit into a schedule so we remain available for urgent matters.

Good support should make life easier not harder.

Sometimes it’s hard to tell if a plan is truly working.

Here are 3 signs it might be:

🌻You feel less overwhelmed.
🌻 Appointments feel organised, not chaotic.
🌻 Communication is clear and consistent.

Support doesn’t have to be perfect.
But it should feel steady.

If your current setup feels stressful, confusing or disorganised it might be time to reassess.
