🎇Wishing you a bright and healthy New Year from the team at Edgecliff Physiotherapy!
As the year draws to a close, we’d like to share an update on the continued growth of our team and services.
Andrea Clift has completed her four-year Feldenkrais qualification and now offers Functional Integration sessions and Awareness Through Movement classes, providing gentle, neurologically-focused movement therapy.
Micky Yim continues to support our community through her extensive experience and acupuncture practice, offering a valuable complementary approach to pain management and holistic care.
While Fiona Condie has stepped back from hands-on treatment, her Key Moves and Yoga classes remain extremely popular, with many patients benefiting from her expertise in mindful movement and postural retraining.
Our newest team member, John Kim, has thrived this year, with his hands-on physiotherapy, exercise prescription and Bones & Balance classes being exceptionally well received.
We are also fortunate to have Karen Ginn, Professor of Musculoskeletal Anatomy at the University of Sydney, practising with us and providing expert care for patients with complex shoulder dysfunction.
Across the clinic, our Key Moves exercise classes have continued to grow, with increased participation and an expanded timetable.
The GLA:D classes, led by Cindy Shaw, have delivered excellent outcomes for clients with hip and knee osteoarthritis. Looking ahead to 2026, Cindy will also deliver the evidence-based ONERO program for osteoporosis and offer one-on-one strength training in our upgraded weights studio.
We wish you a healthy and active 2026, filled with progress, energy and movement that keeps you feeling your best.
