Just a few updates
The new business hours are as follows
1130am to 430pm Mon to Friday
I may also do readings once a month on a Saturday each one depends month to month.
Any cancellations within 48 hours of booking your reading your money will be forfeited.
Please bare in mind no bookings are confirmed until payment has been made.
If client decides to take calls in an excessive loud environment the reading will be terminated effective immediately.
I take my role very seriously and in order to do my job and be able to give a clear reading I need to be able to hear and not have constant distractions.
When booking a 30 minute reading clients will receive 5mins prior to it finishing to ask any questions if I havnt already covered everything before finishing the reading.
Any badgering or abruptness will not be tolerated or answered to after readings have finished. I am entitled to rest just like everyone else. I will not be answering non stop messages on days off or in the middle of the night.
I know all these things might sound easy to ask but I have received so many people take advantage of my time , my energy and assume it's a free service that I must do when ever they feel because they paid for a reading
Once the service has been completed it is completed. I am here to guide and support yes but not have my energy drained to the point I can't lift my head from being so exhausted from being constantly bombarded.
If those boundaries are not respected I will have no issues declining to do future readings for those who choose to cross those boundaries.
My peace and well being will come first above anything else.
