At Mother Nurture Yoga we believe that all women deserve an enjoyable pregnancy and a positive birth experience. All our teachers are professionally qualified and understand what it feels like to be pregnant and give birth. We are passionate about sharing the yoga poses, breathing and meditation techniques that will enable you to have a pain-free pregnancy, labour and birth. The classes are suitable for all trimesters and all levels of experience. Our Mums & Bubs CoreFix Course is run Virtually, starting every 5 weeks. In this online pregnancy yoga session, we focused on building strength in the legs and glutes—key muscle groups that support your changing body and help you feel more stable and supported as your pregnancy progresses 🤰🌿

At the same time, we connect each movement with the breath, helping you stay present, grounded, and in tune with your body. This combination not only builds physical strength, but also supports balance, reduces tension, and prepares you for the endurance needed during labour 💫

Preparing for birth is something you and your partner can do together 🤍 Our 3-hour hands-on Couples Birth Preparation Workshop is designed to help you feel informed, confident, and connected as you approach the big day.

This unique workshop blends Yoga, Birth Education, and Couple Relaxation, giving you practical tools to support a calm and positive birth experience.

During the workshop you will learn to:
🌿 Practice breathing techniques and active movements for birth
🌿 Learn ways your partner can support you during pregnancy and labour
🌿 Try massage, acupressure points, partner yoga, and natural pain relief techniques
🌿 Bond with your partner (and yes… there will be some fun partner yoga with plenty of laughs!)
🌿 Connect with your baby bump
🌿 Relax deeply with guided meditation

No yoga experience needed — partners who’ve never stepped on a yoga mat are very welcome!
