All our teachers are professionally qualified and understand what it feels like to be pregnant and give birth. We are passionate about sharing the yoga poses, breathing and meditation techniques that will enable you to have a pain-free pregnancy, labour and birth. The classes are suitable for all trimesters and all levels of experience. Our Mums & Bubs CoreFix Course is run Virtually, starting every 5 weeks. Pelvic and hip pain are some of the most common discomforts during pregnancy—and for many mums, they can affect everyday movement 🤍

As pregnancy hormones soften the joints and your posture shifts to support your growing baby, the muscles around the pelvis are asked to work in new ways. Without the right support, this can lead to pelvic girdle pain (PGP), hip discomfort, and lower back tension.

In pregnancy yoga, we use supported poses like Goddess Pose to gently open the hips, strengthen supportive muscles, and encourage healthy pelvic alignment—without overloading the body 🌿 With props and expert guidance, this pose can help relieve tension while building strength for birth.

Every class, every workshop, every retreat was made meaningful because of the mums, partners, babies, and families who trusted us with such a special season of their lives.

Thank you for showing up — for yourselves, for your growing babies, and for each other.
