A side benefit of getting a Remedial Massage is the relaxed state you can get into on the treatment table. You can seriously drift off to La La land sometimes. Discuss with your therapist at the start of the session that you would like to just be with your own thoughts and not chat. They will respect that and follow the brief of the treatment as much as possible. Particularly if it’s a maintenance treatment.
