‘The wild horse effect’

External factors are not always the most critical when facing difficulties. The real course of crises often stems from losing control of our emotions.
Remember, ships don’t sink because of the water around them. Ships sink because of the water that gets in them. The entire ocean water can’t sink a ship unless it gets inside the boat. Don’t let what’s happening around you get inside you and sink you down.
