I’m beyond thrilled to introduce a new community idea that’s been buzzing around in my mind and in my heart! This community concept, still “raw” and developing, is something I feel deeply passionate about, and I believe it will be exactly what so many of us need—a space where we can support each other during luteal and good weeks, with a huge resources bank of therapeutic tools to make luteal loveable.

For months, clients and group members have been asking for a way to connect with more women who “get it”—women experiencing PMDD who understand the struggle, the need for compassion, and the drive to take back control from PMDD.

I’m Amanda Westphal, an experienced and registered counsellor delivering therapy online and at Your Wellness Focus, a local respected women’s practice in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

I help women navigate relationships, manage life transitions, find freedom from self-doubt, and uncover their true confidence.

I’ve spent years counselling women and mentoring children, working with musicians, and handing out coffees to the homeless on Sydney streets, so I’ve seen and heard it all. I’ve helped countless other women similar to you both in person and via my online sessions, and now I’ve created a brilliant course so you can fit your counselling around your life.
