Life after surgery, what a transformation! ✨

“In December 2021, I had gastric sleeve surgery with Dr Mark. Fast forward 3.5 years and I’ve lost and kept off a massive 65kg!!

My life looks completely different now. I run along the beach and finish with an ocean swim every Saturday, I’ve joined a boxing gym, and best of all, I can keep up with my two little boys.

The small wins are just as powerful, flying is no longer stressful, clothes shopping is fun again (from a size 22–24 down to a size 8–10!) and I’m always ready to try new experiences.

Most importantly, my boys are proud of their strong, active mum 💪🌊💙
