⏰ Don’t forget — the clocks spring forward tonight!
Yes, we lose an hour, but there’s no need to stress. Most children (and adults!) adjust within a few days. You can help by:
➡️Keep up the consistency. I always say that consistency is the crucial key to a good sleep routine. Keep the routine the same as you adjust the clocks.
➡️ Keep an eye on their sleep window and don’t let them get overtired.
➡️ Try to make their room dark for bedtime and let the light in at the right time in the morning.
Your body clock will catch up, and your little ones will too. Be gentle with yourselves and if you need some extra help, you know I'm here, please call, text or DM me. .
