⏰ Don’t forget — the clocks spring forward tonight!

Yes, we lose an hour, but there’s no need to stress. Most children (and adults!) adjust within a few days. You can help by:

➡️Keep up the consistency. I always say that consistency is the crucial key to a good sleep routine. Keep the routine the same as you adjust the clocks.
➡️ Keep an eye on their sleep window and don’t let them get overtired.
➡️ Try to make their room dark for bedtime and let the light in at the right time in the morning.

Your body clock will catch up, and your little ones will too. Be gentle with yourselves and if you need some extra help, you know I'm here, please call, text or DM me. .

It’s been a little quiet here lately… but that’s because I’ve been busy where it matters most - in homes, supporting families overnight and helping little ones (and their parents!) get the rest they need.

From baby snuggles to toddler sleep struggles, it’s been such a privilege to help so many families and see the difference a good night’s sleep can make. 💙

⏰ My top tips for adjusting to daylight savings changes as we turn the clocks back this weekend.

➡️Keep up the consistency. I always say that consistency is the crucial key to a good sleep routine. Keep the routine the same as you adjust the clocks.

⏰✨ It’s that time again! Daylight Saving is coming to an end this coming weekend, which means we "fall back" one hour. This can sometimes be a tricky transition for little ones, but don’t worry—I’ve got you! 💤💛

Here are a few gentle tips to help ease the adjustment:
🌙 Start shifting bedtime 10–15 minutes later each night.
☀️ Get plenty of natural light in the morning to reset their body clock.
🛏️ Keep bedtime routines calm and consistent.

With a little prep, you can make this time change smooth for the whole family! 💫
