Balance isn’t just about strength — it’s a complex neurological process involving your eyes, inner ear, joints and nervous system all working together in real time.

Every time you stand on one leg, step onto an uneven surface, or turn quickly, your brain is processing:

The studio will be closed from 8pm on 23rd December and will reopen at 7 am on Monday 19th January 2026. Please take a look through our pack extension conditions below, and make sure that you secure your classes for 2026 before Christmas. Balance and Restore Wellness will be taking online bookings from Monday 12th January 2026.

Class Pack Terms and Conditions
✅ All pack expiry dates will be extended to reflect the Studio’s closure from 24/12/25 - 18/1/26. Pilates Connection will arrange for the cancelling of all recurring bookings during this period.
✅ Clients are responsible for cancelling any unwanted recurring bookings beyond 19 January 2026
✅Recurring bookings can only be secured with the purchase of a current pack. No current pack, no guarantee of a secured spot for your preferred day or time. New packs can be purchased online by 31.12.25 or in the studio before 23rd December.
✅Those currently enrolled in Saturday morning classes, please be sure to purchase your next Pilates 10 Pack no later than 20th December to secure your spot for next term. A reminder that Term 4, 2025 Saturday packs expire on 23 December 2025.

Pilates Connection is a fully equipped, light filled boutique studio, situated in Lane Cove, on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. Here you will find friendly, detailed instruction from certified professionals in a spacious, tranquil atmosphere.

Our state of the art Pilates equipment works on a spring resistance system which challenges the body as it moves. This allows for a whole body workout suitable for adults of any age, shape, size and ability, from the super fit to those rehabilitating or new to exercise.
