Have you ever heard of PNF stretching?

PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) is a technique we use to improve mobility, flexibility and control by working with your nervous system, not against it.

In this session, Baz is guiding the client through controlled contractions and relaxations to:
• Increase range of motion
• Improve muscle activation
• Support better movement patterns
• Reduce stiffness without forcing a stretch

It’s especially useful for rehab, post-op recovery and anyone feeling “tight” despite regular stretching.
