I have exciting news! I’m now offering 1:1 Clinical Pilates Reformer consultations. If you have a complex or chronic condition or feel you aren’t capable with keeping up in a class context… This is for you!

A 1:1 class you will ensure your medical conditions are accounted for to ensure safety on the reformer. You will also get cues provided for correct posture, alignment, core activation & breathing whilst using the reformer. I will spot you as well to ensure optimal safety.

The reformer helps develop core strength. Having a strong core means we have control of our body from the centre out to our arms and our legs. This helps in everyday life as we use our core arms and legs for most tasks.

We would start with an initial exercise physiology consultation where we can discuss your current health, exercise history and goals. We can then get you introduced to the reformer and begin developing a specific reformer workout for you!

Appointments are available this week so you can get started ASAP– now’s the perfect time to book in and develop control from your body. Of course I’m still providing remedial and oncology massage services as well as exercise physiology consultations.
