I swam at this magical place on the NSW south coast yesterday and watched the tide ebbing from both directions, covering and revealing the path to the island.

Such a great picture of the connection between the top of the thighbone and through the lumber spine and to the diaphragm. You can see how tight psoas will pull the inner thighs forward. Inner spiral creates long strong psoas, a healthy and happy lower back and gorgeous full breaths. Etcetera.

I am singing in the Leichhardt Espresso Chorus concert "Renditions" at Hunter Baillie Church in Annandale on Sunday 6th October at 4pm, accompanied by the church's amazing pipe organ!
