Today’s Achievement – Improving Deep Breathing 🫁
I had three personal yoga sessions today, and our main focus was deep, mindful breathing — learning to slow the breath and expand lung capacity.
✨ In just one class, the results were incredible:
1️⃣ Student 2 started at 4 breaths per minute and improved to just 1½!
2️⃣ Student 3 went from 3 breaths per minute to an amazing 1.25.
3️⃣ Student 1 began with 8 breaths per minute and finished with only 4.
These numbers show how, with the right guidance, the body quickly learns to relax and breathe more efficiently.
