What goes on during installation of your activation!

For the Lunar New Year retail pop up at Macquarie Centre, delivered in partnership with , a successful install comes down to thorough planning, coordination and experienced delivery.

In the lead up to bump in, our team completed detailed site assessments, final documentation and compliance requirements, and worked closely with centre management to align logistics within a live retail environment.

During installation, clear communication, structured sequencing and strict safety controls ensured an efficient build with minimal disruption to retailers and customers.
