Shoulder tendinopathies are something that should be investigated and ruled out if this is the case for you. If you have a true presentation of such diagnosis you should seek guidance in how to rectify the issue, what treatment approaches are appropriate, training modifications and prognosis.

Often we may experience localised knee pain that is poorly identified. In this case, it could be the development of patello femoral pain syndrome; exacerbated by alignment of the kneecap and or training overuse. However good training biokinematics may attenuate this pain.

While medical scans are not required to identify this injury, clinicans may use special tests to diagnose. Treatment of this injury then includes rest, a short course of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and physical therapy directed at strengthening the hip flexor, trunk, and knee muscle groups.
