T R A V E L series… Natalie Kaebisch (our Physio) recently did a 400km ‘Gravel Muster ‘ road bike challenge through the Northern Territory - from Alice Springs to East McDonnell Ranges. With huge, big blue skies, rough roads and the odd stop to take in the view, she did an impressive 100km/day for 4 days. Well done Nat. Here she is taking time out for a quick tree pose 🌳

H O R M O N E S – why are they important?
Hormones control everything: energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, and recovery. When they’re off, we feel it — fatigue, brain fog, or stress can sneak in. The right training helps reset that balance naturally.

💪 How exercise helps your hormones:
• Regulates stress + boosts your mood
• Improves insulin sensitivity to power your day
• Supports healthy s*x hormones for strength + vitality
• Releases ‘happy hormones’ — endorphins, dopamine + serotonin

🏋️‍♀️ Hormone-Friendly Workouts
1. HIIT — short bursts, big results (2–3 times a week)
2. Strength Training — squats, lunges, push-ups = power + balance
3. Walking — clear your mind and lower stress hormones
4. Yoga or Pilates — calm your system + reset cortisol

What movement do you have planned this week?

T R A V E L series… 🏍️ our client Chris Daly (Advanced Floppy class) enjoying a table stretch with the help of a rubbish bin! Chris was in the middle of a motorcycle road trip to Longreach and Winton from Sydney – 4,500km in two weeks. I’m sure there were plenty of other stretching stops along the way!
