What an epic Breathwork Workshop this morning with a crew who were curious and open ready to receive the gifts of conscious Breathwork! I gave them a little sound bath to finish and they walked out vibrating very differently than when they walked in. I feel blessed to be able to offer these gifts to my community. Comment below if u are keen to join the next one or perhaps the 6 week Breathwork course coming next month!!
