Calling all dairy/soy free mums!

In the clinic, I see many mums who've removed dairy and soy while breastfeeding - usually because their little one has Cows Milk Protein Allergy (CMPA) and/or Soy Allergy.

For the first time, I'm hosting a live free training: 3 myths going dairy/soy free while breastfeeding (and what to do instead!).

I'm sharing my top tips with you - join me Friday 5th of December 12pm AEDT (see comments for how to join!).

PS If you're not dairy/soy free, but know another mum who is... Flick them this!

Would you like to join the Hello Nutrition team?

We're opening up a virtual role which will be ~5 hours per week to provide some behind-the-scenes support.

You'll apply if you like organising things (and aren't afraid of administration!) and helping answer common client questions (not nutrition related) have to help them feel confident as they work with us.

This could be well suited to a nutrition student or a mum working from home.

Send us a DM if you have further questions about the role.

Keen to apply? Don’t wait — we’ll be interviewing as applications come in.

What supplement should you take after birth? 🤔

As always when it comes to supplements, it’s important to chat with your trusted health care professional to ensure that the ingredients and dosages are right for you!

The post-natal period is an exciting time, but it can come with many challenges that are tricky to navigate. Recovering from delivery, sleep deprivation and feeding bub can often leave you feeling fatigued, with little time to prep food for yourself!

Adequate nutrition post partum can help support recovery and protect mums nutrition status, particularly when breastfeeding. It can sometimes be tricky to get all the nutrients we need from food alone, so a supplement is helpful to bridge those gaps.

Here’s 3 nutrients to look out for when selecting a post-natal supplement:
1. Iron 🥩
2. Folate 🍞
3. Calcium & Vitamin D 🧀

If you have left over pre-natal, you can continue to take these as well!

For more tailored supplement advice, book in to see us today. We can help support you on your post-partum journey 🫶🏼
