Been doing a lot of asana recently. Yoga is 8 limbs, the body, mind & spirit, but sometimes it can be easy to let the physical practice go amongst so much teaching, or when we get sick. Feeling better and it's freezing here, so it feels good to move.
Drop backs.... Working on that lift from the heart, with power in the legs, to take it out of the lumbar spine.
I love this flow from camel... Baby steps up to the standing drop back 🐾

standing outside my beautiful place of work, at sunrise, feeling grateful. there's something about this studio- the people, the room, the energy. feeling very connected to it all today and especially inspired by some incredible students.

Grateful to be leading the Barefoot Yoga yogis through a flow this afternoon. Friday afternoon classes are all about shaking off the week to move fresh into the weekend. See you there for some breathing, moving and shaking ✨ 5.45pm for 75mins of Vinyasa playtime xx
