Borger Cranes has been tasked with delivering a critical rooftop lift at Macquarie Place in Sydney using a 400 t Grove GMK6400.

The lift study outlines the safe removal of the existing cooling towers and the installation of new plant on a highly constrained CBD rooftop, ensuring tightly controlled risk and precise ex*****on for the client.

Not long ago, Borger Cranes has successfully completed the first phase of its work on the QEII Hospital upgrade in Brisbane, delivering an extremely complex lift: plan and then deliver a three-crane operation in a single day, under challenging conditions.

Before any project is carried out, the set-up phase is a critical moment for gaining efficiency.

We couldn’t be prouder of 𝐊e𝐢l𝐞e J𝐨s𝐞p𝐡, now an NRLW Champion with the Brisbane Broncos after their Grand Final win over (her former club) the Roosters! 🏆

𝐊e𝐢l𝐞e first picked up a rugby league ball with the Waterford Demons JRLFC back in 2013 at just 11 years old, and later joined 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬 in 2020, working as a Dogger and Rigger.

Since then, she’s balanced two demanding careers, on the job site and on the field, before signing with the Broncos in 2024.

Her dedication, strength and teamwork perfectly reflect what 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬 stands for.

We’re honored to have such incredible talent among our team; both on and off the field.

It all started with an announcement on 24 September 1993 - a day that would change Australia’s destiny. At the time, a small lifting company had been operating for thirteen years and employed nearly a hundred people. Its name was just starting to appear on its cranes: Borger Cranes.

From that moment until the opening of the Sydney Olympic Games on 15 September 2000 - exactly 25 years ago - Borger Cranes poured everything into meeting the challenge of this global event. That once-in-a-lifetime opportunity (soon to be twice-in-a-lifetime with Brisbane 2032!) opened new horizons and transformed the company forever.

Today, with a thousand employees, Borger Cranes stands as one of the three largest companies in the industry across Australia.

🥈 Saturday in Darwin was a welcome return to form for both team and driver, with Anton De Pasquale claiming his first front row start since Taupō, and converting it to Team 18 's first podium of 2025 with second place

More importantly, De Pasquale has risen back inside the TOP 🔟 in the standings. Great work, Anton!
