BY AGE 35 YOU SHOULD BE SMART ENOUGH TO REALIZE THIS:

1. Someone makes 10x more than you do in a 9-5 job because they have more “leverage” with their work.

2. Distraction is the greatest killer of success. It stunts and destroys your brain.

3. You shouldn’t take advice from people with low drive or who are not where you want to be in life.

4. No one is coming to save your problems. You may get ‘lucky’ here as there but.. Your life’s 100% your responsibility.

5. You don’t need hundreds of self-help books, all you need is action and self discipline. Practice on that.

6. Unless you went to Uni/ college to learn a specific skill/ profession (ie. doctor, engineer, lawyer), you can make more money in the next 90 days just learning sales.

7. No one cares about you. So stop being shy & having a ‘poor me’ mentality, go out and create your chances.

8. If you find someone smarter than you, work with them, don’t compete with them.

9. Focusing on other peoples problems like their yours has 0 benefit in your life. This habit will only slow your thinking and lower your focus.

10. Comfort is the worst addiction and one of the cheapest ticket to depression.

11. Don’t tell people more than they need to know, respect your privacy. Break it before it consumes & drains you.

12. Avoid alcohol at all cost. Nothing worse than losing your senses, saying something you normally wouldn’t and acting a fool.

13. Keep your standards high and don’t settle for something because it’s available or since everyone else is doing it.

14. The family you create is more important than the family you come from.

15. Train yourself to take nothing personally to save yourself from 99.99% of mental problems.

16. If you don’t separate yourself from distractions, your distractions, will separate you from your GOALS.

Get ready to meet Shardan , the ultimate super mum!
With four kiddos to juggle and after her third she decided it was time to kick some serious butt in the health and fitness department. Thanks to Coach Thav , Shardan’s journey became one heck of a milestone adventure!

Despite the chaos of daily life, and juggling a handful of kids , Shardan dove headfirst into personalized workouts and epic group fitness classes.. And guess what?

In just twelve months, she ditched a whopping 19.9kg of unwanted weight – defying the odds with her unwavering dedication and mindful nutrition choices, all while juggling diaper changes and snack time for her fourth munchkin!

Joining in on our 8 & 9 week Transformation challenges hosted by TS-FIT was a game-changer for Shardan. They helped her nail down healthy eating habits and stick to her workouts like a boss. Essentially developing a great understanding of the building blocks for good habits.

Now, she’s rocking her mom duties with more ease, all while staying on top of her health & fitness game consistently!

🌟 Principles Over Systems! 🌟 ‼️Unpopular Opinion Alert 🚨

Understanding and applying principles over chasing temporary systems can put you on the fast track to long-lasting gains! Those who prioritize grasping key principles in training tend to excel, while others fall for every new trend and influencer hype without grasping the fundamentals or having the ability for long last gains.

Want to have stable gains ? Then focus on training PRINCIPLES.

For Hypertrophy, the main training principles you need to understand & master are :
1. mechanical tension
2. Muscle damage
3. Metabolic stress

Utilise all 3 components within a structured training plan / program.

For general strength & fitness:

1. Progression
2. Overload
3. Intensity
4. Progressive overload
5. Time under tension
6. Recovery

First - Do these 👆correctly and consistently for at least 12 months and your on the gain train 🏆🙌.

Not the other way around where your jumping from one trendy new age system to the other every few months 🙅‍♂️🚫

Give yourself at least 12 months at the bare minimum to begin understanding the practice of these principles.
