The most important thing that Yoga taught me:
It’s not the perfect handstand, the seamless drop-back, or the complexity of a sequence that saves you. It is the presence you cultivate in every moment.
As I step into the crazy 50th, for me true longevity and a youthful spirit come from:
* The steady, rhythmic breath that anchors me
* Moving my body with intention every day
* Simple Meditation
* The people that surround, lift and laugh with me
* Meeting each moment and everyone with an open heart
Here’s to the next 50 years✨ on this magic earth.
