Kristine Shepherd - Counsellor

Kristine Shepherd - Counsellor Kristine Shepherd is a qualified counsellor, with degrees from Macquarie University and The Australian College of Applied Psychology.

She has many years of experience working with families and individuals from all backgrounds. I have training in several counselling modalities and will often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with individuals, and the Milan Family Systems approach when working with couples and families. I have facilitated many parenting groups and can offer very practical and workable strategies for parenting

well. I spent several years as an Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapist and am currently working in a non-government organisation assisting families in crisis to rebuild their lives and find their own strengths to move forward.
