Saturday 19th ~ Led class 7.30am

Sunday 20th ~ Mysore 7am to 9.30am
Followed by 9.30am Led with John Cusack

Monday 21st ~ Mysore 6am to 9am.
Monday Mantra with Nadav 7pm

I want to sincerely apologise to all students for the recent inconsistencies, particularly with the changes regarding the upstairs shift and the cancellation of some classes. There have been a few complications with the downstairs space that I’m actively working through.🙏

While the upstairs area remains available and is a lovely setting, our class times are occasionally overlapping with the Bondi Meditation Center. 🧘‍♀️

Until everything is fully resolved, I will post a weekly Om House class schedule for Level 1 to keep things clear and up to date.
Thank you so much for your understanding and flexibility during this time. 🕉

Classes that are unable to go ahead this month are:

- Thursday 20th Mysore 5pm
- Friday 21 Mysore 6am
- Saturday 22 Led 7.30am
- Wednesday 23 Led 6pm.
