Bondi community, our hearts are heavy this week.

The violence on Sunday night has shaken us all. We hold in our thoughts the lives lost, those injured, and everyone in our neighbourhood feeling the weight of this tragedy. When harm happens close to home, it touches all of us.

In times like this, being together matters. Sharing food, offering presence, listening, or simply sitting quietly beside one another — these small gestures help us steady ourselves.

Our end of year breakfast will go ahead this Saturday. Not to look past what happened, but to offer a gentle space to connect and support one another during a difficult week. All are welcome.

It is also a New Moon — a traditional Moon Day of rest and reflection — so there will be no class, just an open invitation to gather softly as a community.

May we move through this time with tenderness, honour those impacted, and continue to meet one another with kindness.

Friends, it starts tomorrow! The one month mantra challenge! Hosted by our very own . You can join wherever you are in the world! Take part in this transformative journey through the sacred limb of Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound.

Nadav will be teaching a very powerful chakra chant to carry you through every day of October. Weekly meet up on Wednesday in person at the , or you can join online or in your own time (Nadav will send you a recording). From there you get to practice every day till the next weekly instalment.
