“I just need to crack my back and I’ll feel better…” 😬🔁 Sound familiar? Let’s talk about it!

That satisfying crack or pop isn’t your bones going back into place — it’s just gas bubbles releasing in the joint. It can give short-term relief, but it doesn't fix the underlying issue.

Still stretching your hamstrings every day but they always feel tight? 🤔🦵 It might not be what you think!

✨ Did you know?
That “tight” feeling in your hamstrings isn’t always due to short muscles — it’s often a lack of stability or neural tension, not flexibility.

💡 Common reasons your hamstrings feel tight:
🔹 Weak glutes causing your hamstrings to overwork
🔹 Poor lumbopelvic control or posture
🔹 Neural tension from your lower back (yep, even if it doesn’t hurt!)
🔹 You're stretching muscles that don’t need more length — they need support

💪 What to do instead:
✅ Strengthen your glutes and core
✅ Try nerve glides instead of aggressive stretching
✅ Improve your pelvic and lumbar control
✅ Use dynamic mobility rather than static stretches

⚠️ Stretching without addressing the root cause can feel good short-term… but it won’t solve the problem.
