This Movember, I’m moving for more than muscles — I’m moving for men’s mental health. 💙

In 2017, I lost a close friend to su***de.
It changed the way I see strength — because real strength isn’t staying silent… it’s opening up, reaching out, and starting the conversation.

If you’re struggling, please know you’re not alone.
Talk to a mate, reach out to someone you trust, or speak to a professional.
And if you’re doing okay — check in on someone who might not be.

Together, we can change the story.
Together, we can move for our minds and our mates.

Do you experience heel pain that doesn’t go away? Try these 3 simple exercises to help with plantar fasciitis.

Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of a thick band of tissue that connects the heel bone to the toes. It is caused by overuse, poor foot posture, prolonged standing and many other factors. It can affect how you walk, exercise and move.

Physiotherapy includes myofascial release and scar tissue breakdown of the plantar fascia, and supervised stretching. A strengthening program for the calf muscles and small muscles of the foot is important. Be aware that this may increase soreness initially, but persistence should be rewarding.
