Earlier this week, there has been an announcement that Tylenol/paracetamol causes autism.

I would like to emphasise that there is no good evidence that paracetamol causes autism. Paracetamol/acetaminophen remains a safe option for managing pain and fevers in pregnancy. In fact, it can be more dangerous to run on a high temperature when you’re pregnant.

Here with one of my most special families. Held my breath for the whole pregnancy until Isla’s arrival and as usual Mai is as chilled as a cucumber on delivery day.

I feel so sad that we might never meet again but so honoured to be included in part of your journey. I will definitely miss seeing all of you but I’ll always have the thermometer close Mai! Hahaha 😉
