This weekend’s moon rituals, paired with the cleansing rain, moved so much energy. And now with the sun breaking through, clarity feels like it’s arriving for us all.

There’s a collective call to release what no longer serves our highest and best… and to trust that what is truly meant for us will never pass us by.

Surrendering isn’t about standing still it’s about aligning with the process. Seeking guidance. Learning from mentors and gurus. Choosing to invest in ourselves so we can rise together, heal deeper, and see the blind spots that keep us from our fullest expression.

When you think youv healed this trauma , Yet this year, it keeps reemerging manifesting in ways that can’t be ignored.
Each time it reveals another version of itself, inviting me deeper.

It wasn’t easy then, and it’s not easy now ...just different.
But this time, it’s asking me to heal it for good.
To open my heart and let receiving in.
To move through the fear… and take the steps anyway and maybe to do things differently.

Healing is not linear.
The body holds the score..guiding us toward what needs to be shifted and resolved.

Healing past traumas isn’t always easy or fast. Sometimes it moves with resistance, and other times with ease and flow. The key is allowing your body its own timing,not rushing, but listening.

Feeling, hearing, and leaning into the messages your inner knowing wants to reveal… so they can finally be released, once and for all.

Along this path, people and experiences appear to amplify the lessons...to shine a light on the parts you may have avoided.

To all the humans making massive impacts on my life right now: thank you. Without you, the shifting, growing, and purging wouldn’t be possible.

The softness I once hid is rising to the surface.
The emotions I used to push down are now bubbling up, asking to be felt.

And I’m learning...unraveling isn’t weakness.
It’s an awakening.
It’s a remembering.
It’s the sacred process of coming home to yourself, piece by piece.

When you allow the unraveling, you also allow the rebuilding.

Sometimes the old patterns come back.

They creep in quietly… or crash in loud.
The ones you thought you’d “worked through.”

Instead of pushing them away, I’ve learned to meet them to stare them dead in the eyes.
To sit with the discomfort, feel it fully in my body, and listen for the lesson it carries.

And then… to let it go.

Being human doesn’t come without pain.
But every layer we peel back, every old story we dissolve, becomes part of the beautiful mess that is our becoming.

One day, the threads will weave together.
One day, it will all make sense.

I’m so honoured to have my story featured in Becoming an Unstoppable Woman magazine.

For years, I convinced myself I was “happy.” I ticked all the boxes, smiled for the world, and did my best to be everything to everyone… but in the process, I lost sight of me.

The moment I finally chose myself my voice, my truth, my healing everything began to change. My marriage ended. My business evolved. My life cracked open in the most beautiful way.

Today, isn’t just about beauty it’s about creating sacred spaces where women can reconnect to themselves, inside and out.

Trusting the process is the feminine’s greatest initiation.

Not just the process of love, but of life.

To open your heart, to soften your edges, and to surrender into the unknown ..without guarantees, without certainty is the most courageous act of all.

Because the divine feminine doesn’t chase,she allows.
She doesn’t force, she flows.

She doesn’t demand,
but she receives ....only when it FEELS safe to do so.

But here’s the truth no one talks about:
Surrender is not passive.
It is an active trust in something greater ...
A faith that the divine plan is unfolding exactly as it’s meant to, even when your heart aches for it to be different.

And when the path shifts ,when someone or something you wanted doesn’t stay ...it’s not a punishment.

It’s a redirection.
A deeper alignment.

The feminine learns not to cling,
but to listen.
To her body.
To her intuition.
To the whispers beneath the noise.

It's hard when you’re heart-led.

When your heart is open, craving connection, ready to receive
But your mind knows that for you to truly let go…
everything must align.

It’s a dance between desire and discernment.
Your feminine essence wants to trust, to soften, to be led
And when that leadership is present,
your whole being sighs in relief.

But leadership must be sustainable.
And timing… timing is everything.

The heart can want something with every part of its being
but if it’s not aligned, the soul knows.
The mind sees clearly before the body can catch up.

It takes a grounded, rooted man to hold space for a woman who feels everything in her bones.
She flows with love, with depth, with truth ...
through you, in you, and around you.

That’s your feminine power.

Trust the Process

There’s something sacred about learning to trust the process ,especially when nothing makes sense, when your heart feels heavy, and the path ahead isn’t lit with clarity.

Growth doesn’t always look graceful. Sometimes it looks like tears on the bathroom floor, like saying no when every part of you wants to say yes , just to be chosen. Sometimes, it’s walking away from what once felt safe because your soul quietly whispers… there’s more for you.

Honouring your heart means letting it guide you, even when it doesn’t make logical sense.
Even when people don’t understand.
Even when your own doubt tries to pull you back into old patterns.

The truth is , your journey is yours.
No one else can walk it for you.
No one else can feel the ache of your becoming.

But what I’ve learned is that every time you choose your truth over your fear, you rise.
And every time you honour your heart, you heal.

So if you’re in the middle of the unknown right now… keep going.
If it’s hard — good. That means you’re growing.

Your job isn’t to have it all figured out.
Your job is to stay true to yourself.
To soften instead of shut down.
To listen in, instead of reach out for validation.

Because in time and with grace everything unfolds exactly as it’s meant to.
