I want to show you all the versions of me.
Yes, I’m deeply spiritual, connected, and committed to being the most authentic human I can be ..showing up in service every single day.
But there are many facets to who I am in this human experience.

I try to maintain balance… to eat well, sleep well, move my body and not go to excess in any one department.

But I also love letting my hair down ,partying, dancing until all hours, talking nonsense with strangers or people from my past.
Because this is living. This is loving. This is experiencing the beautiful highs and the challenging lows of life.

After all, that’s why we came here as humans ..to choose freely, to feel deeply, to taste the extremes of love and loss.
It’s those polarising experiences that make the good moments even sweeter. Because we’ve endured heartache, we can truly cherish the light when it comes.

Having another solar return cracks you open in ways you can’t always see at the time.
It’s a moment of deep reflection… looking back at who I was a year ago, the trials I’ve walked through, and the woman I stand as today.

So much can shift, transform and evolve, yet somehow the core of you knows exactly who she’s becoming.
And this last solar return has been one of the biggest initiations into my next chapter.

How do I know?
By how I show up, how I respond, and most of all… by what I’m now attracting into my world.
I feel magnetic to the glorious people, opportunities and experiences that are ready to grace my life.

Stepping deeper into my Divine Feminine flow has changed everything.
When I chose to embody softness, trust, openness and flow…
I finally allowed life to meet me with the same energy.
What once felt like resistance now feels like receiving.

Honouring myself as a woman, a mother, and a business owner used to feel like such a foreign concept.

For so long, I carried guilt around taking time for myself — always giving, doing, achieving until I realised the cost of that constant hustle was me.

It’s been a practice… learning to slow down, trust, and truly receive.
To listen to what my body, my heart, and my energy need.

Life looks and feels so different now because I choose to honour the space I’m in ...with softness, boundaries, and deep self-respect.

✨ This is your reminder — you don’t have to earn rest, peace, or joy. You simply have to allow it.
