Full Potential Paediatrics is a team of dedicated, experienced Allied Health Professionals. We are a team of physiotherapists and occupational therapist’s, and we also have a podiatrist and personal trainer in the clinic. We specialise and focus entirely on paediatric care, from prenatal through to young adulthood. Children require care and rehabilitation specific to their physiological, developme

ntal and psychological needs. We work collaboratively with families to develop practical and realistic treatment plans that are fun for your child. We understand that not one approach fits all and are passionate about finding the most suitable intervention, strategies and supports for your child.

Do you have a disability and can you get to Alexandria Park Tennis Courts on Saturday 23rd May? If so, come along from 12-4 pm month for an afternoon of fun, friendships and inclusive sports! 🎾⚽️⛹🏼‍♀️

WELCOME DHANYA!

We would like to introduce you to Dhanya 👋 who joined the FPP team today

Dhanya will be working full time across our Ashfield and Rooty Hill clinics and we can’t wait for you to meet her ☺️

Dhanya is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist who thrives on making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. After completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University, Dhanya gained extensive experience across a wide range of clinical settings, including neurology, orthopaedics, ICU, cardiorespiratory, emergency care, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Dhanya has always been drawn to working with infants, children, and young people. Before moving into Full Potential, she spent several years supporting junior squads at the UNSW Football Club and providing community home visits for children, helping young people stay active, recover well, and feel confident in their bodies!
Outside of work, Dhanya loves unwinding with a good book, or getting outdoors for a cycle, swim, run, or dance session — anything that keeps her moving and smiling!

We are excited to introduce you to Bek 👋 who joined the FPP team today

Bek will be working full time in our Ashfield clinic and we can’t wait for you to meet her ☺️

Rebekah is a passionate and energetic paediatric physiotherapist who loves building meaningful connections with the children and families she works with. She brings fun, creativity, and play into her sessions, helping children feel confident and engaged while working towards their goals. Known for her warm and friendly nature, she loves making children laugh and creating a positive therapy experience.
Rebekah has experience working at Sydney Children’s Hospital and has continued to grow her expertise in the community and NDIS sector, supporting children to thrive in their everyday environments. She is particularly passionate about helping children be active and included in all aspects of life. Rebekah is a registered DMI Level A therapist.
Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking or swimming, and values quality time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews.

Its time for Able Climbing Come and Try again!
THIS Sunday!

Where:
Elevate Climbing Villawood
Unit 5/850 Woodville Rd, Villawood NSW 2163

When:
Sunday, 15th March 2026
Try It Session: 10am - 12pm

No rock climbing experience or equipment required - active people of all physical abilities welcome.

(Note: Please feel free to stay on after we finish the formal event, there might just be less volunteers around to help)

Cost:
$16 for participants, including any equipment hire you might need.
Free for any volunteers and spectators attending the event.

What to wear:
Comfortable clothing that is easy to move in; long pants recommended.
If you have specific footwear needs, please bring your preferred sport shoes.

What to bring:
Any equipment you usually use to stand/walk/grasp.
Snacks and a water bottle.
A parent or guardian if you're under the age of 18.

WELCOME KIRSTEN!

We are excited to introduce you to Kirsten 👋who joined the FPP team last week

Kirsten will be working part-time at our Ashfield Clinic as an Allied health Assistant and we cant wait for you to meet her ☺️

Kirsten completed her Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance in 2025 and brings valuable experience from her previous roles into her work with children and families.

Before joining the team Kirsten spent four years working as a School Learning Support Officer, where she developed skills in supporting children with diverse needs. She also has experience teaching recreational gymnastics, which has given her a great understanding of movement, body awareness and how to make learning fun and engaging for kids.

Kirsten loves working closely with children and their families and she finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of each child’s progress, confidence and growth. She enjoys collaborating with clinicians and is always eager to learn new skills that help her support therapy in meaningful ways.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, her two dogs, being outdoors, and is currently learning pickleball – and loving it!

WELCOME SHANNON!!

We are excited to introduce you to Shannon 👋 who joined the FPP team today!

Shannon will be be working full time in our Ashfield clinic and we can’t wait for you to meet her ☺️

Shannon is a warm, enthusiastic and passionate paediatric physiotherapist who loves creating fun, engaging and child-centred therapy sessions. Shannon graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) from Australian
Catholic University, completing a wide range of clinical placements across NSW including
paediatrics (which she fell in love with), neurological rehabilitation, respiratory care,
musculoskeletal physiotherapy and acute hospital settings.
Shannon has a strong interest in early intervention and supporting children to build
confidence, independence and meaningful participation in daily activities through play-
based therapy. She values and enjoys collaborating closely with families and
multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s functional goals.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys staying active through Pilates, strength training, dance and long walks. She loves spending time with her friends, family and her golden retriever, Ollie

WELCOME EMILY!

We are excited to introduce you to Emily 👋 who joined the FPP team today!!

Emily will be working in our Rooty Hill clinic on Tuesdays and Wednesday and our Ashfield clinic on Thursdays/ Fridays and Saturdays. We can’t wait for you to meet her ☺️

Emily completed an Honours Degree in Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia in 2022. Emily has worked rurally within a diverse caseload including rehabilitation, hand therapy, amputees, neurological, concussion, vestibular, orthopaedics, home visits, exercise classes and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Emily is completing a Master of Public Health and a Master of Global Development to help people from diverse backgrounds to reach their goals. She is passionate about providing excellent physiotherapy services to people of all backgrounds.

Emily has worked in numerous areas including piano and violin teaching, and swimming instructing. She is looking forward to using these skills within the paediatric world.

Emily's Christian faith is central to her life and she values spending time with her church family. Emily loves running, hiking, boxing and swimming. She also enjoys a good book and time with friends.
