l sleep aid suggestions and products to purchase designed to improve sleep. Outside of the website, Tristian divides her time between:
* sleep workshops at Bondi Sleep School,
* corporate wellness programs aimed at helping busy executives manage stress, find better sleep, improved nutrition not to mention find increased productivity
* health and wellness branding/marketing - drawing from her past experience as copywriter/advertising creative/branding expert
Counting Seashells was created after Tristian spent many years struggling with her own chronic sleep disorder. After successfully treating what she was told she would just have to live with and after 20 years of research, Tristian has developed a unique program to help combat insomnia now available as an eBook from leading e book sellers) and has made it her mission to promote good sleep. As a passionate foodie, qualified naturopath/nutritionist and firm believer in food as medicine, Tristian also advocates healthy eating as part of her strategy to beat stress and find better sleep and energy levels. Tristian draws on her experience as both naturopath and advertising copywriter and combines her two very different skill sets into one unique business.
