⚽ Community Participation – Football for Wellbeing
📍 Eastern Suburbs | Every Friday | 2:00pm – 3:30pm

At Vivid Life Care Services, we are committed to supporting mental health, wellbeing, independence, and meaningful community connection through our structured Community Participation (CP) programs.

We are currently referring participants and providing support to attend the Football for Wellbeing Program, proudly run by Collective Leisure, at:
📍 1B Maddox St, Alexandria NSW 2015

This program offers more than just football — it creates a safe and inclusive space to:
✔️ Build confidence
✔️ Improve physical and mental wellbeing
✔️ Develop social connections
✔️ Strengthen teamwork and communication skills

Our support staff assist participants to attend, engage, and achieve their personal goals while enjoying the benefits of community-based activities.
