Welcome year of Horse . Horse is incredibly precious to me. I have been beautifully loved by horse, when I felt otherwise unloved. I am forever grateful for it.

Horse has been a bringer of fun, excitement and freedom. Nothing is forced with horse, everything feels right and moves forward uninheded. Horse loves being in relationship, a fully feeling present relationship with another.

They have an incredibly beautiful aura and possess a gentle strength.

I intend to walk, trot, canter and gallop my way into this year , feeling love, freedom and astutely present in loving relationship. Relationship with my people, myself the sacred ones who dance with me. Yes to year of most beautiful horse.

Movement and music journey

Join Allahna Jaylah for a wholesome immersive experience. In this special workshop, Allahna will guide you through a gentle flow of movement, breathwork, and meditation to awaken your energy lines and energise your body and quiet your mind.

Following this, you’ll be lulled into deep meditative journey with a rich, musical sound bath featuring didgeridoo (Yidaki), crystal bowls, handpan, Native American flutes, chimes, and other resonant earthly instruments. The session will be followed by nourishing refreshments of tea and nibblies.

This workshop is suitable for all fitness levels, offering a nurturing space where you can be your authentic self and embrace a moment of compassionate self care.

It was such a delight to return to

In 2019 I was there as a student in my first FY teacher training. And as someone who’d already done many yoga teacher trainings, I knew I’d finally arrived home when I found Forrest Yoga.

This pic is of me giving a delicious healing hand massage during wrist stretches in bridge over a block. How lovely the Forrest yoga hands on assists are. 💓💓💓
