Technique matters...sometimes. Sometimes it doesn’t. A lot of the time it’s just important to get the body moving in it’s own quirky, individual way.

The important thing to take into consideration is the context around why we’re getting someone to move. What is it we are strengthening and why.

The difficulty YOU face, is knowing how to filter out the staggering amount of insta gurus saying you must move in a certain way to be better 🤷‍♂️

Movement options class of Bondi every Friday 7:30-8:30am. It’s challenging, uncomfortable, upsetting and frustrating and as soon as you achieve success we find another challenging, uncomfortable, upsetting and frustrating task...it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.
