We help adults, adolescents and children who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and other emotional pain such as hurt, sadness, anger, negative thinking, worry, low motivation, low self-esteem, low confidence and who are struggling with situations at work, home, or in their relationships. In our busy society, there is often a lot expected from us and I believe it is important that we take time

for ourselves and care of our mental health and wellbeing. Our choice of therapy is determined collaboratively with our clients and is based on our assessment and formulation of the client difficulties and their goals. The therapies we use include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Training, Schema Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy and EMDR.
