Members get personalized coaching, both during workout and in monthly coaching sessions, to help them reach their fitness and health goals. We understand how busy life can be and finding time to exercise can be tough. The Curves circuit is an efficient full body workout. In just 30 minutes, you work every major muscle group and can burn up to 2000 kilojoules (478 calories) through a proven program

The circuit is made up of hydraulic resistance machines, which are designed to create resistance that increases with effort.
