Blue light. How does it effect you? ❤️A little share…about something I have recently been very impressed about to say the least. 🤩
I damaged my left knee over a year ago and have had to deal with quite a bit of pain and finding it difficult to keep sharing my mantra ‘Movement is Medicine’ with the usual passion I have had for teaching for over 40 years.
So I have been dealing with it by adjusting my classes ( still passionate) and having physiotherapy and acupuncture with a little success.
I adore doing my daily routine of earthing the body, moving the Chi by tapping, swinging, jumps, squats etc but have modified until 2 weeks ago someone introduced me to a gel with a peptide we naturally have but lose as we age
At first, I was curious but cautious. I’ve seen plenty of things before, so for me it had to be about what I could genuinely feel and experience for myself. But the more I looked into it, the more I realised this had the potential to support the body in a very different way.
I’ve only just started twice a day morning and night but already I’m noticing more ease and more support in my movement. What really stands out today is I used it when I had muscle cramps on my left leg and around my knee during the night last night and got up and massaged a bit more into my leg and my knee and did both legs.
This morning I was able to move with a freedom I haven’t felt for over a year.
What really excites me is the potential of this, especially when it comes to recovery, mobility, and having more freedom in everyday life.
I’ll keep sharing my journey, but if you’ve been feeling like your body needs more support, more ease, or more recovery too, it might be something worth looking into
