🕒 Start Date: ASAP
We are urgently looking for a Filipino female support worker to support an elderly Filipino female client who does not speak English. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference by providing culturally appropriate care in a respectful and supportive environment.
Key Requirements:
✅ Must speak Filipino/Tagalog fluently
✅ Kind, patient, and respectful attitude towards the elderly
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Valid driver’s licence (must be confident driving a minivan – client uses a wheelchair)
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certificates
✅ Relevant experience in aged care or disability support
Desirable:
Experience supporting clients with limited mobility or in a wheelchair
Understanding of Filipino culture and values

This gathering truly embodied its name, creating a wonderfully warm and safe space for families with special needs children. It was inspiring to see such a strong community come together to support and celebrate the unique strengths and diverse minds of every child.

National Disability Support Provider is established as a registered NDIS provider and disability support organisation in the greater Sydney region. Our teams of professionals and qualified employees focus on working with clients along with their family where quality of care and empathy are the foundation of successful relationship and we are continually striven to deliver high quality services in everything care and support. We provide in-home, respite and community care and activity services to adults and children with disabilities in Sydney and surrounding areas. Our clients with physical disabilities and other challenges caused by illness or medical conditions may need one-on-one attention and ongoing care and support.
