In Rudolf Steiner's understanding of human development, the inner life of the adult — our tone, our gestures, our nervous system, our unspoken emotions — become part of the atmosphere in which the child grows.
When a child's behaviour strongly affects us, it often touches places within us that were never truly seen, supported or integrated in our own childhood.
Many adults did not receive the emotional necessary condition for their own healthy maturation. Not through fault, but lack of support or understanding. Yet as adults, we are giving a beautiful opportunity: to engage in our own inner development.
If you feel called to deepen your own inner work, I warmly invite you into humanistic, holistic therapeutic process that honours the body, nervous system, and emotional life. This therapeutic work focuses on:
• Understanding personal triggers and inherited patterns
• Supporting nervous system regulation and integration
• Integrating suppressed emotions with compassion
• Cultivating conscious, grounded responses
• Developing emotional maturity
By tending to our inner life, we create space for our children to flourish.
